I can't quite believe it, but somehow I am turning 40 in just a couple of month's time! How to take?

You simply take one sachet daily, either consumed straight from the packet or mixed into a drink. 

So what did I think? 

Firstly, I noticed how beautiful the packaging was. The individual packets are presented neatly within the box and the dusky pink colour scheme looks classy and stylish too. I tried the supplements straight from the packet at first, it definitely has a strong citrus flavour. I didn't mind it so was happy to continue to drink straight from the packet, but if you prefer to dilute the flavour, you can just mix it with water. 

What were the results?

Whilst I haven't yet finished the month's supply that I was  sent, I can already see that my skin appears healthier, brighter and more supple which is wonderful! I will be sure to update this post at the end of October once I've completed the month.
