Self Care Relaxation Products From Made By Coopers: A Review

This year I qualified as a yoga teacher and over the course of my training, and then subsequently as I began teaching my classes, I came to discover the power of self-care and just how vital it is to our health and well-being. Just taking some time out each day, even if it is to simply to pause and breathe, can have a powerful impact on how we feel and this then ripples throughout different areas of our lives.

I was thrilled to be introduced to Made By Coopers who make a range of natural, vegan and organic well-being products which are infused with essential oils and have a focus on emotional well-being. I couldn't wait to find out more about them. The founders, Claire and Darren Cooper had their own personal healing journey which included a three-month yoga expedition. During their travels they spent time in an Ayurvedic retreat in Kerala, learning all about the power of plants and natural healing. Clare and Darren then created their own modern apothecary brand – Made by Coopers. They wanted to create natural products that were infused with essential oils and ones that would have a positive impact on individuals' health and well-being. The products contain nutrient rich plant oils, therapeutic grade essential oils, flower hydrolats and botanical actives to provide a skin care line that harnesses pure plant power. Each of the products has an aromatherapy element to it: Calming, Balancing, Uplifting, Energising and Passion.

All products are 100% free from parabens, SLS’s, mineral oil, sulfates, artificial colours and synthetic fragrances. They are also vegan friendly and cruelty-free.

I was delighted to be given the opportunity to try a couple of their amazing products. What a treat!

Firstly I was sent a Vanilla Rose Bath Salt Blend. This luxurious bath salt blend is infused with vanilla and ylang ylang essential oils which helps you to relax and unwind. It smells beautiful and contains rose petals and buds which enables you to bathe in style and elegance. Just gorgeous!

I was also kindly sent one of the Calm Natural Scented Candles. It smells utterly divine. It has a calming blend of five essential oils; lavender, bergamot, ylang ylang, frankincense and rosemary. There is a higher concentration of essential oils than many other candles on the market making this an exceptionally high-quality product. The perfect way to clear the mind and experience deep relaxation.

I adored the products from Made By Coopers. They are such wonderful quality and there is a wonderful array of different products to explore including sleep sprays, home fragrances, skin care items, bath and body products and more!

I'm definitely going to be placing an order to include the essential oil blends, a diffuser and room sprays and I will also be leaving some hints to my husband for my birthday!
