As many of you may know, I recently qualified as a yoga instructor and currently teach yoga classes in my hometown. When it comes to teaching and practicing yoga, comfort is paramount. Being comfortable in what you're wearing, and indeed in your own skin, helps you to relax and move into the different poses. Recently I was invited to review the Anita Air Control Padded Sports Bra found at boobydoo and I couldn't wait to try it. As I'm a breastfeeding mum, I definitely need a bit of support and protection for my chest when partaking in sports so I was keen to see whether this bra would provide all that I require in my sports bras!
The Anita Air Control Padded Sports Bra is an ultra-light bra that provides maximum protection and support. It has mesh fabric which means it is really breathable, allowing air to flow freely around your skin. This helps you to remain cool and dry throughout your sports practice. It also has lightweight Delta Pad foam cups to add shape and definition. It has a soft under bust band which adds support and feels really comfortable too. The straps are wide and soft and distribute weight evenly on your shoulders, preventing them from digging into your skin.
I was really impressed with this sports bra and it's definitely one of the most comfortable sports bras that I own. The lightweight mesh material ensures that it doesn't feel too bulky or hot to wear and it provides a substantial amount of protection and support without the need for underwires which often dig in and feel quite uncomfortable to wear.
I also really love the design. The bra is black with a leopard print piping that looks right on trend and compliments a range of different yoga vest tops.
I would certainly recommend this bra to anyone that is looking for a super-soft and comfortable bra that offers wonderful support! You can find one here.
