Loungewear is a wonderful invention. I only recently discovered the joys of loungewear but I' m so glad I did. Loungewear can be as comfortable as pyjamas yet it can also look on trend and stylish, meaning you can wear the outfit out and about or simply for chilling at home, either way, you will look and feel wonderful. I have tried some different styles of loungewear in recent months and one of my favourite styles are ones that look like tracksuits. These can be great for lots of different occasions; for example, the school run, for shopping, for chilling at home with friends or for doing yoga- to name just a few things. The versatile nature of tracksuit sets means they are a great piece to invest in.
The material is really lightweight so this would be a good outfit to wear in the summer as the fabric isn't too hot and stuffy. One thing to mention is the fabric is slightly see-through when stretched so my advice would be to go a size higher.
Loungewear items can be teamed with heels for a glam and sophisticated look or can be paired with a pair of trainers for an effortlessly sleek and casual look. Or for super cosy nights in, you can relax in them with some snuggly and cosy bed socks. This month I was keen to try a tracksuit set in a dark colour which I thought would be perfect as we enter autumn and winter.
Since having my little boy last year, I've found that comfortable clothing is an absolute must. Whether I'm breastfeeding him, changing nappies, running after him now he can toddle around or playing on the floor, an outfit that is soft and easy to relax in certainly fits the bill right now. But being comfortable doesn't mean that style has to be given a backseat and that is where loungewear comes into its own!

This month I chose to review the Navy Maria tracksuit set. The set features a long-sleeved top with matching skinny joggers with an elasticated ankle. The set has quite a sporty look to it, yet the fabric is soft and thin which means it's perfect for relaxing and snuggling up in. I liked the colour of this loungewear set as I tend to be drawn to darker colours. The tracksuit set would look really good with a pair of light coloured trainers and this would make it ideal for that stylish, sporty look!
I was quite pleased with this tracksuit set. I'd be comfortable going to yoga in this or just chilling at home with friends. I love how the joggers have pockets too; perfect for relaxing!
I have previously tried different styles of loungewear including hoodie sets, oversized loungewear and knitted loungewear for example.
