Star Name Registry: A Review and Giveaway!

When it comes to choosing a unique and thoughtful gift for your loved ones it can sometimes be difficult to know just what to buy and so when Star Name Registry offered me the chance Name a Star, I jumped at the chance, knowing that this would be the perfect gift for a very special friend of mine. I received their Extra Bright Star Gift Set. When ordering, you are also able to choose which constellation you would like it in or you can have it randomly assigned. When the package arrived I was delighted at how it was presented; in a silver box with the certificate encased in a silver frame. Included is a Sky Atlas star map to view where your constellation is located. 


What makes this gift extra special is that you can search for your star by entering it into the star register and your star’s name, astronomical position and a direct view of your star will be shown! I loved this!


Your star will never be named twice, thus making this an entirely unique and one of a kind gift! I can’t wait to present my friend with this at dinner tonight!
